Yoga for Self-Care & Burn-Out
Join Josie and Heather for the perfect winter reboot.
Let’s turn to yoga for self-management this year!
A regular yoga practice gives us the tools to handle stress, stay grounded, and nurture our overall health. Learn new ways to move with ease, breathwork to strengthen and refresh, and cultivate a mindfulness exercise to keep you grounded and calm. Allow yoga to become a self-care routine that helps on and off the mat.
We will discuss the dangers of chronic stress and fatigue. Followed by a gentle yoga flow class to relax the mind and invigorate the body.
Students have the option to work on a 5–10-minute yoga sequence with instructor Josie Heck after class. This sequence will be emailed to you or you can write it down and take notes in class.
Class will end with guided Yoga Nidrah and sound bowls. Students will have the option of adding a moisturizing hand mask and or eye masks to rejuvenate the skin.
After class enjoy beverages and light snacks.
