Jane -  "I am very thankful for yoga in my life. Often times, we can feel pulled in several directions trying to get things done while striving to make healthy choices for ourselves and our families. The weight of life, the stresses of life can drain us of the energy needed to make these important choices. In order to get myself out of the planning mode I remind myself and my students to stop, to breath and to practice yoga. Yoga calms my mind, strengthens my body, and allows me to challenge myself with compassion."
